The Work:
We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization Strategy team and looking for experienced Managers with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. You will be expected to drive client engagements, oversee the execution of transformation programs, and actively participate in business development efforts.
A typical strategy project might include the following activities:
- Leading strategic & transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives (C-Suite agenda) and talent strategies.
- Managing top-level client relationships, understanding their key priorities & challenges (e.g. P&L analysis), identifying market opportunities (benchmarks, trends’ analysis) and shaping solutions tailored to their needs.
- Overseeing the execution of complex & demanding projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop effective engagement & transformation strategies.
- Defining target operating models for corporate, front and back areas (high-level processes, ways of working, demand management & strategic prioritization, delivery models, relationship & governance models, operating KPIs, technology & tools, etc.)
- Designing new organizational models (org structure & set-up, roles & responsibilities, RACI matrix, FTE’s sizing, sourcing strategies, core skills & capabilities, talent strategies, GAP analysis, incentive & performance models, etc.)
- Launching and operating transformational offices (value realization, adoption at scale, continuous reinvention, use cases’ implementation, business accompaniment & upskilling, change management & user support).
- Setting the financial target and measuring the effectiveness of execution using value-based and data-driven approaches (quantitative Business Case), as well as storytelling methods (qualitative).
- Developing transformation roadmaps & action plans, including next-generation communication strategies and training programs.
- Supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:
- 6+ years of experience in strategy & transformation projects in corporate, front & back areas, focused on strategic design, operating & organizational models, talent strategies, value-realization or AI/digital adoption in large-scale environments.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.).
- Masters’ degrees (e.g. MBA) and post-graduate courses (e.g. Strategy, AI/Analytics, etc.) are valued.
- Analytical and strategic-thinking skills are a must.
- Functional expertise on Data/AI/Generative AI (user view and its opportunity for business transformation) is highly valuated.
- Functional knowledge in Change Management for platforms’ implementation (S4H, Salesforce, eCare, eCommerce, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
- For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments.
- Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.
