We are looking for inspirational Sales Directors able to shape the next wave of customer service deals, with holistic solutions that help businesses unlock the full potential of service to shape customer experience and accelerate growth.

Rising customer expectations, Skill and talent gaps, Legacy processes and tech, Relentless market innovation- These factors are forcing a recognition that service can no longer be limited to the support customers receive when something goes wrong. Instead, service must become how an organization delivers its customer experience promise before, during and after purchase. When every touchpoint delivers on that promise, service creates value and accelerates growth.

You must have a background in originating and closing large scale transformation, technology and operations deals. Helping clients develop new operating models, build and strengthen skills, centralise and modernise contact centre workforces whilst disrupting the market with Generative AI to become more predictive, proactive, and personalized.

You will position Accenture Song as the reinvention partner that turns customer service into a growth driver—improving customer acquisition, strengthening loyalty and insights, and capturing a greater share of wallet. Shaping transformative deals, that shift from traditional contact centre models, to innovative machine+human solutions utilising the full potential of data, artificial intelligence, automation, digital channels, languageless workflows and of course humans in the loop at the right time and in the right way to deliver scaled impact.

As a Business Development Director, you will:

  • Utilise your network of senior client relationships to identify new strategic opportunities
  • Work with Portfolio and Client Leads to originate priority Customer Service Transformation deals.
  • Drive an origination pipeline, through thought leadership, customer engagement and relationship management
  • Create value focused propositions through the co-creation of transformative ideas with our clients
  • Combine strategy, change, design, operations, technology and data to drive true Service Reinvention
  • Create stand-out solutions, proposals and pitches that deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity
  • Shape and close at scale Customer Service partnerships with the world’s most iconic brands

Qualifikationen

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Ability to shape and close significant Customer Service Transformation deals
  • Strong client relationship skills and the ability co-create scaled solutions that deliver growth
  • Determined end-to-end deal-making leadership through origination, selection and commercial close
  • Transformation ability to stitch together strategy, design, technology and operations to deliver outcomes
     

Set yourself apart:

  • Proven track record of transformative deal making in the customer service domain
  • Established network of relationships amongst customer care and customer operation leaders
  • Strong platform knowledge across Salesforce, AWS Connect, Sprinklr, Gensys etc
  • In depth understanding of the customer operations outsourcing and global business services models
  • Mastery of building compelling narratives and value cases to support major transformation deals
  • High emotional intelligence to allow you to solve across a diversity of brands, cultures and individuals
