We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Program Lead or Delivery Lead with experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, ideally with Oil and Gas experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful, on-time, and on-budget go-live of our projects. You will manage solutions, schedules, coordinate teams, oversee day-to-day activities, and liaise with client teams and staff, leveraging your strong governance and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end lifecycle management of S/4HANA Greenfield implementation
- Stakeholder Management: Work directly with the client understanding their objectives and ensuring status is understood, risks, issues and dependencies managed
- Effective Planning and Execution: Deliver desired business outcomes or service commitments through effective planning and execution.
- Milestone and Dependency Management: Identify, understand, and manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear accountabilities and shared understanding of impact.
- End-to-End Solution Delivery: Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communication and a focus on quality.
- Proactive Management: Proactively manage and monitor the execution of deliverables and status effectively.
- Independent Problem Solving: Work independently and take the initiative to solve problems for change delivery and other site activities.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- SAP Certification; Activate or Clean Core
- Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Planning and end to end program lifecycle management
- Must have S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience; ideally with some oil and gas industry experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management.
