We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced SAP ABAP RAP to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet specific business process and application requirements. Your expertise in ABAP on HANA, Fiori Elements, and Data Modeling will be essential in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business requirements using SAP technologies.
- Develop modification-free extensions for S/4 HANA business suite and custom applications on SAP BTP using the ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP).
- Extend standard CDS views and convert ECC-based ABAP reports into Fiori Elements using CDS views.
- Integrate with SAP and non-SAP systems, leveraging services like Adobe, Workflow, and more.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges, delivering seamless solutions.
- Work in an agile environment, applying Scrum and agile development practices.
- Explore, design, and implement new features to take advantage of cutting-edge technologies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in ABAP on HANA Development, Fiori Elements, and Data Modeling using CDS Views.
- Expertise in RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) and Fiori Launchpad Configuration.
- Solid knowledge of Open SQL, WRICEFs, and S/4 HANA projects.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and experience in integrating services like Adobe and Workflow.
- Strong experience with S/4 HANA development and ABAP Object-Oriented Programming.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics.
- Proficiency in AMDP/SQL Script, SAP Gateway OData, and SAPUI5.
Technical Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), RAP Data Modeling, and Behavior Definition Implementation.
- Expertise in CDS Views, CDS Annotations, UI Annotations, and Fiori Elements.
- Proficient in Fiori Launchpad configuration and configuring standard catalogs for Fiori apps.
- Experience with WRICEFs, ABAP Object-Oriented Programming, and End-to-End implementation.
