You Are:

You’re comfortable diving into the details of workstreams and identifying the target technical and landscape architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire team members to bring their A-game.
The Work:
- Responsible for seamlessly delivering SuccessFactors services to clients
- Assign all work assignments, commit teams to work, and manage their work quality
- Manage financials and mix to targets, and drive the team’s overall people management
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Develop solution architectures and design documents that align with client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems
- Work with senior managers at a client and/or at Accenture – and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients
- Use your judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments
- Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture
- Monitor and control service delivery metrics
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum 10 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience
- Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors HCM experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources
Bonus points if:
- You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
