The Work: Inside Sales Manager
- Coach, manage, and develop the next generation of sales leaders
- Drives sales team performance by directly managing Digital Inside Sales sellers and setting KPI targets
- Sales funnel experience
- Conduct group and individual sales meetings on a regular cadence
- Implement effective sales and messaging strategies for each team member by creating individualized performance plans to support their continued success
- Provide input to Sales and Program leadership, sharing market trends and customer feedback to drive future sales
- Generate weekly data analysis and reporting
- Owns team performance against sales targets; implements sales execution process
- Advanced sales management leadership experience
- Extensive sales reporting experience and knowledge
- General knowledge and ability to implement sales methodologies.
- Strong operational process accomplishment
- Design and develop sales execution process
- Interface directly with client and sales leaders as required
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations Management
- Over 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Ads Operations
- Experience in sales through marketing agencies
- Leadership and management of Sales teams
- Effective Pipeline management, operations control, opportunity creation, and portfolio coverage
- Management of teams of opportunity hunters (Partner Managers) and Farmers (Account Managers)
- Experience in Client-Facing roles to collaborate with the contracting client
- Skilled in weekly results reporting and presentation
- Skilled in creating structured Action Plans with milestones and tracking indicators
- Resilience to work under the pressure of a Sales operation
- Team development profile, whether for REPs or Sales Managers (Team Leaders)
- High discipline
- Strategic management, ability to understand contexts and redirect the team towards results based on data
- Goal-oriented
- Skills and expertise in Analytics
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
- Fluent in English
