Gaurav leads the Sustainability and Public Service Strategy and Consulting practice at Accenture, and as part of the role is coordinating the pandemic response, recovery and growth plans within a number of member states in Europe. This spans stimulus efficacy and fund management, modernisation of public services, workforce transformation, digital and green transition. Within the sustainability portfolio, he supports clients on the transition to net zero, responsible value chains, ESG measurement, circular economy and sustainability strategy. He serves as a trusted advisor to senior policy makers and government executives across the world and over the past 15 years has worked with clients in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
He holds a dual-Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University (USA) and the London School of Economics (UK), and an MBA - International Business from the Nottingham Business School (UK). He has served on the jury for the European Social Services Awards, is a member of the Global Public Policy Network and an Earth Institute fellow. He has led Accenture’s work with leading think-tanks like the European Centre for Government Transformation. He has been a plenary speaker at leading international conferences, including the ISSA World and Regional Forums, European Social Network events, LSE, College of Europe and Harvard University.
