Role: Visualisation & Interaction Science Senior Manager / Manager / Associate Manager / Consultant
Role Purpose: Design and deliver high-performance data interfaces, reports, and dashboards that drive adoption, decision-making, and behavior change by leveraging business intelligence and visualisation tools. Extract and process structured and unstructured data for analytical purposes, utilising statistical methods to identify trends and patterns. Translate requirements into prototypes and experiences building organisational data literacy and cooperative data cultures. Experiment and implement Gen/AI features that can enhance reports and dashboards.
Role Responsibilities:

Develop impactful data visuals, reports, and dashboards, leveraging business intelligence and visualisation tools to enable actionable insights and data driven decision-making

Design visualisations that adhere to, and challenge, established standards, ensuring optimal user experiences with high performance and responsiveness

Apply various data analytics techniques, including exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and regression, to validate business hypotheses

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights

Combine data, insights, and storytelling to craft compelling narratives for effective communication

Experiment with and implement AI/Gen AI-driven features to enhance reports and dashboards, fostering innovation and delivering scalable, transformative visualisation solutions tailored to organisational needs
Qualifications
High level Capabilities:

Data Visualisation Concepts/Frameworks (AI over BI, Human-Centred and Interaction Design)

Data Visualisation Tools (PowerBI, Tableau)

Data Analytics Concepts (ETL, Data Modelling Advanced DAX, Requirement Analysis)

Data Analytics Tools & Platforms (SQL, Python)
