We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP S/4HANA Retail Sales & Distribution Lead to design, implementation, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Retail solution. This role will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration and optimization of sales processes with SAP S/4HANA innovations and clean core mindset. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in latest SAP S/4HANA Retail Sales functions and integration with various systems, including eCommerce platforms. SAP CAR and SAP PMR would be an advantage. They will lead a team of consultants, collaborate with other stream leads, business stakeholders, and drive the successful delivery of S/4HANA Retail transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the Sales Workstream, ensuring its progress aligns with overarching project goals and timelines.
- Formulate and maintain a comprehensive workstream plan, detailing tasks, milestones, and interdependencies.
- Manage a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Uphold adherence to project methodologies and quality assurance standards and S/4HANA clean core approach.
- Conduct business requirements gathering workshops focused on sales processes.
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions within the Sales workstream with latest innovations and features in Sales Master Data Management, Price and Promotion Management, Sales Order Management and Processing, Sales Rebate Management, Incentive and Commission Management, Claims, Returns, and Refund Management, Sales Monitoring and Analytics, Other Functions.
- Design and implement robust integration solutions between S/4HANA and diverse systems, including eCommerce platforms, POS systems, and third-party applications.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
- Oversee the testing and validation of implemented solutions.
- Ensure precise configuration of pricing procedures, condition types, and promotional activities.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and their integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure seamless data flow between S/4HANA and external systems, including troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, and utilizing API management and web services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure alignment with the SAP S/4HANA solution, and provide effective communication, training, and documentation.
- Lead or support commercial activities related to various SAP S/4HANA projects,
- Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
+10 years of SAP Sales & Distribution experience, with IS Retail. SAP CAR and PMR would be an advantage
Necessary Knowledge / Skills:
- SAP-accredited or certified experience
- A proven track record working as a SAP Retail Sales & Distribution Lead.
- Experience in SAP PMR, SAP CAR – would be an advantage
- Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
- Expertise in Retail, Consumer, Finance, Store operations, Extended Warehouse Management, Transportation management would be an advantage
- Phenomenal teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding commercial and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
