THE WORK: Are you ready to be an SME in IT Troubleshooting, collaborate, and manage the team to perform? Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Join us in this exciting opportunity!
Drive incident and outage management, investigation and restoration
Monitor systems and trends to improve performance and prevent incidents
Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments
Qualifications
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Proficiency with AVEVA PI System
Intermediate proficiency in IT Troubleshooting
Intermediate proficiency in Problem Management
A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Beginner proficiency in Customer Technical Support
