Role and Responsibilities:
As a Cyber Portfolio Lead:
You will be accountable for providing solutions and manage a client delivery portfolio to support the expansion of the Cyber Defence business in Australia.
You will develop and refine offerings and solutions, ensuring alignment with required delivery operating models and plan capabilities, working in alignment with Cyber Defence Lead.
You will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated deliverable solutions using your knowledge of Solution Architecture principles.
You will collaborate with the Sales Lead to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
You will partner with Vendors to understand solution landscape and expand decision trees about platforms and technologies of choice, developing models to identify most suitable solution aligned to client context and requirements. Leading an engagement portfolio, you will drive the client relationship and service management, ensuring delivery success.
You should have influencing and advisory skills, helping the client take the best value of the service.
You will ensure the success of the delivery driving client relationships and expanding them.
You will work closely with business development and contract/legal teams to cross/upsell the changes are reflected on new contracted scopes.
You will collect client and delivery teams’ insight and feedback to refine and optimize solutions, revisiting existing assets and supporting the development of new ones, refining effort and operating models.
You will support the Capability Lead with required planning for training and development, aligned with prioritized offerings and service lines.
