MBA Internship Program

Real work experience, great connections

Work on substantial projects and grow your skills. We’ll match you to work that best aligns with your goals, and the experience will include a capstone case competition. Throughout the internship, you’ll get regular training to build consulting skills, work in a small pod led by a Strategy Executive and have lots of opportunity to socialize. You can begin applying in the spring.

The Accenture Innovation Challenge
You’ll be part of a small team of students working with a coach on a real project for the National Park Foundation. After three rounds of competition, four teams will be selected to present their solutions to the client and the winning team will be offered a Summer 2024 internship and a cash prize. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, authorized to work in the US and receive an undergraduate degree between December 2024 and May 2027. We are no longer accepting applications for the 2024 challenge.

Elevate to Innovate Externship
If you're looking to learn more about technology innovation and professional services, join us for the Elevate to Innovate externship, a virtual, two-day experience. Qualifications: first or second-year undergraduate students from an HBCU or HSI are encouraged to apply. Students with interest in I&D from other universities also are welcome. All applicants must have a graduation date between December 2025 and May 2027. Deadline to apply for the 2024 session: April 2024.

The Accenture Student Leadership Program
Join one of our five program tracks: Student Athletes, Women in Technology, Pride Leadership Academy, HBCU Excellence, or HSI Legacy. Qualifications: You must be a current first- or second-year student enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program to qualify. Applications are now closed, registration for 2025 will open in Fall 2024.

Level Up
The best ideas come from diverse teams. Level Up is an eight-week summer program where you'll develop professional skills in technology and innovation while building lasting relationships and exploring career opportunities. Qualifications: You must be a Prairie View A&M University or CUNY Sophomore currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program, in any discipline, and there’s no minimum GPA requirement. Deadline to apply for the 2024 program: March 2024.
