Accenture SA Education Trust Scholarships

The Accenture Education Trust, helps students whose family income ranges from R 350 000 - 1 Million and NSFAS Post-Graduate Students with a Household Income of < R300k. The student must have a strong academic background with a cumulative average of above 65% in a study towards Technology-aligned degrees (see below list) at select tertiary Institutions in South Africa.

If you are you a high achiever in your second, third, fourth or Honours year of study, we want to hear from you.

Successful candidates will receive a full scholarship. The bursary programme covers the following expenses: registration fees, tuition fees, examination fees, meals, residence, book allowance for prescribed books and a laptop. In addition, the scholarship is backed up by ongoing mentorship.

Applications will be considered from students who wish to major in one of the following disciplines at one of the universities listed below.

If you are studying in your second, third, fourth or Honours year, we want to hear from you. Applicants will be considered who have a strong academic background and are studying at one of the below tertiary Institutions in South Africa.

  • University of Kwa-Zulu Natal

If you are studying towards a technology-aligned degree you qualify to apply to the Accenture Education Trust. Applications will be considered from students who wish to major in one of the following disciplines

BSC

  • Computer Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Information and Knowledge Systems
  • Information Systems
  • Mechanical with Mechatronics Engineering

BSC (Eng)

  • Information Technology
  • Electronic /Electrical (Light Current)

BCOM

  • Informatics
  • Information Systems
  • Stats and Data Science
  • Computer Science

DATA ENGINEERING

  • Big Data Analytics
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

BENG

  • Electronic or Electrical Comp Eng
  • Information Engineering
  • Micro Electronic Engineering

Our program provides candidates with financial assistance to attain a quality education. We also provide the necessary support, guidance and mentorship through their years of study. All educational needs are addressed through established communication channels. Our aim is to empower the youth through quality education and create the leaders of tomorrow.

Apply to Accenture Education Trust Scholarship

Applications for the Accenture Education Trust scholarship for 2025 are now closed. When we reopen for applications, we will require the following documents in the CV/Resume attachment box.

  1. Certified copy of identity document (Application Pre-requisite)
  2. Certified full academic record including any mid-year exam results/progress report (Application Pre-requisite)
  3. Certified copy of grade 12 results (Application Pre-requisite)
  4. Certified copy of proof of parents’/guardian’s earnings if <R 600K AND Latest Income tax return of parents/guardian’s earnings <R 1M (Application Pre-requisite)
  5. Copy of your curriculum vitae (Application Pre-requisite)
  6. Cover Letter - We’d love to understand why you choose your field of study, your majors, what subjects you are you enjoying most, what you'd like to go on to do (if you know) and why Accenture should pick you.
