Job Description:

As a Portfolio Delivery Lead FS Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects within the Financial Services (FS) sector. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve strategic planning, resource management, risk management, and continuous improvement to drive excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of projects within the Financial Services sector.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives, business goals, and strategic priorities.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

Project Delivery:

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement best practices and methodologies for project management.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Resource Management:

• Allocate and manage resources effectively across the portfolio.
• Ensure the right skills and capabilities are available to meet project demands.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project and portfolio management within the Financial Services sector.
