Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting professionals work closely with clients, helping them transform their business, improve performance, and navigate the complexities of industry trends, both locally and globally.
Role Overview:
As a Talent & Organisation (T&O) Consultant, you will support, deliver and / or lead projects across industries, leveraging your expertise in understanding how digital transformation will unlock human potential.
Key deliverables:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including CHROs and business leaders, to design and execute people transformation initiatives. Build strong relationships with clients to position Accenture as a trusted advisor and thought leader in Talent and Organisation (T&O) solutions.
- Lead, deliver and / or support the delivery of projects across diverse industries, focusing on areas such as talent management, operating model design, change management, and employee experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address business challenges.
- Develop compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase Accenture's capabilities in Talent and Organisation solutions.
- Design innovative solutions that help organisations transform their people agenda and workforce strategy.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership on key topics such as employee experience, culture / talent transformation, operating model, HR technology and workforce analytics. Collaborate with global and local teams to tailor solutions to the unique needs of the African market.

Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR consulting.
- Proven ability to develop solutions that successfully deliver project outcomes for clients.
- Experience designing or working with HR ERP platforms or HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Experience working with large data to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or latest trends that impact people and the way of working
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, Prosci etc.) or memberships (e.g. SABPP, SIOPSA etc.)
