Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Collaborate with a Snr Copywriter to conceptualise advertising strategies according to client brief Research and understand clients marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience Attend and participate in stand-up / brainstorming sessions Produce sketches and storyboards to visualise ideas Art Direction for all forms of communication including but not limited to: TVC (ability to conceptualise TV campaigns), print, digital, social media etc. Ensure the level of creative work is high before presenting work to Creative Directors, Group Heads etc. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met Assist with mentoring and training junior creatives Keep abreast with adverting trends within industry best practice Qualifications / Experience / Skill: Tertiary qualification in Art Direction Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote etc.) Proficient in Adobe Suite Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Snr Art Director in an Advertising Agency Digital & TTL experience is essential Experience with brand design and brand identity Experience working on WorkBook will be advantageous A good command of the English language (both verbal and written) Strong presentation skills Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time) Strong time management skills A porti showcasing both TTL & DIgital Personal Attributes: Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Creative “out the box” thinker Proactive Resilient Confident Accountable Reliable Solution driven / problem solver Deadline driven Meticulous with attention to detail Other o Comfortable to work on-site o Comfortable to work on alcohol brands
