You’re a self-starter, who has a passion for the digital landscape and wants to harness the power of media and digital to contribute to a brand’s success at retail. You get excited about using your knowledge and expertise of an organization’s media and digital programs, teams, and tools. You love the idea of supporting a dynamic and growing organization and making your mark on a business process because you are driven to provide value to the business any way you can!

The Job:

As a Digital Retail Strategist you will:

  • Build digital & media strategies and lead execution for our partners.
  • Collaborate with clients and 3rd party advertising partners to optimize media & digital investments and drive the best return.
  • Partner with our sales leaders to drive sales for our clients by utilizing the full suite of marketing and digital advertising opportunities.
  • Analyze the ROI of marketing recommendations, driving incremental revenue while maximizing the digital marketing spend.
  • Research trends and best practices to provide recommendations on how we continue to stay current and competitive within the digital space.
  • Provide annual and quarterly budget and planning recommendations for our brands.
  • Oversee your team’s leadership of digital category landscapes for each brand including reviewing competitors’ search ranking trends, keywords, and other trends.
  • Lead your team’s efforts in providing assortment and optimization strategies for our clients.
  • Educate Sales & Operations teams on new strategies to optimize their omnichannel business.  This includes offsite platforms that expose products in other consumer search engines and increase shopping access.
  • Develop best methods and train our teams in the right work to deliver best in class Content Analytics scorecards (90 or better) including SEO, Ratings and Reviews, etc.
  • Evaluate other retailers’ websites for products and competitors to compare against client’s consumer facing product pages. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience driving digital sales within a consumer brand or retailer; specifically Walmart, Target or Amazon.
  • 2+ years of experience working with data visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at both a conceptual and detail level with strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
