Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.
The Workplace Facilities Team Captain is responsible for coordinating all aspects of workplace maintenance & housekeeping in Accenture’s customer service driven corporate office. This role will provide leadership and direction in matters related to facility operations and scope/quality of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute/oversee the regular scheduled cleaning and maintenance duties as well as unscheduled repairs of infrastructure and equipment
Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the workplace including but not limited to, open workspaces, enclosed offices and meeting spaces, pantries, restrooms, reception areas, and receiving areas
Works as a business partner with the Office Services Lead, overseeing maintenance projects
Passion for hospitality and customer service
Comfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcase a willingness to help wherever needed
Plan and manage operations and delivery of services
Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision within the areas of responsibility
Lead workgroup of to 2+ achieve the appropriate level of external, and internal customer satisfaction
Manage relationships with internal leadership and stakeholders
Develop and manage contract relationships with external service providers
Execute/oversee the purchasing, maintenance and disposal of company Workplace assets
Conduct quality assurance checks
Receive and prioritize workorders
Directs general construction, installation, and repair of all electrical, mechanical and architectural systems throughout the facility to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and cleanliness
Assists in the execution of capital projects and property rehabilitations
Orders and maintains inventory of all necessary cleaning and maintenance products
Shift Time:
This role is onsite with working hours of 2:00pm EST – 11:00pm EST
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities administration
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
Preferred Qualifications :
Passionate about customer service
Performance management experience
Knowledge of building maintenance/housekeeping and mechanical systems such as, but not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, fire detection
Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies)
Comfortable with technology and Audio-Visual set ups (advanced skills a plus)
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
Standing for 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
