Key Responsibilities:
- Interfaces with customers and identifies their needs
- Work with various departments from network engineers, support and operations to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer's experience.
- Works to balance various aspects of the project, from safety to design.
- Researches advanced technology regarding best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
- Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team.
- Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration
- Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience
- Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
- Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
- As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
- Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years with Ansible Software
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- DevOps, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management with Advanced proficiency, along with Terraform with Advanced proficiency
- Professional work experience in analyzing computer hardware and software Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
