I manage multiple projects and create business development cases in parallel, so I meet many people from within and outside Accenture daily. I sync up with my teams in Thailand and Singapore every morning to ensure project scope and timelines are met. I also work closely with them to provide support whenever they need help.
Being a manager in Accenture has given me the chance to manage several projects at the same time. I’ve learned to multitask effectively. The most exciting project I’ve worked on is a digital marketing project for a travel company. During this engagement, I got to work with the Interactive and Innovation teams in Singapore. It was a rewarding experience since I was able to work outside the usual technology that I was delivering. Throughout that period, I learned more about various aspects of marketing, campaign planning and creative execution.
To bring more value to our clients, I also spend an hour or two daily learning about emerging technology trends or solutions within the travel sector. Recently, I started attending training courses on aviation management.
Another thing I like about working at Accenture is how it prioritizes employee well-being. The company responded to our current public health situation by efficiently mobilizing our teams to work virtually from the comfort of our homes and providing us with the necessary workplace tools we needed to succeed in our role.
In my spare time, I usually travel to Japan. Being a fan of Japanese cuisine, I enjoy visiting restaurants there and trying out new dishes.
