Test Engineering Manager

Role Responsibilities
Test Manager • Develop test strategy/test plan
• Implement governance and reporting processes
• Implement standard processes, methodologies and tools
• Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the test strategy
• Perform all test/ management activities - resource management, monitor and control,  manage risks and issues, manage quality
• Responsible for managing the overall testing effort and deliverables, work with testing team to ensure that testing is on time and within budget 
• Test planning activities  and estimation, test scope  definition with the use of  risk based testing
• Manage test environment , test data preparation , test tools and test automation implementation
• Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan various test phases
• Review test to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
• Define and facilitate formal sign-off process and procedures for testing deliverables
• Primary contact and escalation point for testing
• Manage and facilitate onshore-offshore communication
