Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Account Leadership team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'Core-Operation'. The client is V&A-RABBIT'S TALE, a company specializing in innovative solutions for businesses.
Responsibilities: As a Client Account Lead, you will be responsible for advising clients by bringing together expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions and solve critical business needs for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account. Bring together the right teams to drive profitable sales growth, expand services and offerings delivered, ensure profitable delivery and influence the client's strategy. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Advanced proficiency in Account Management is required. Intermediate level of proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management is recommended. Account Sales Planning at a Beginner proficiency level is suggested.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth
Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase solutions and services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account revenue
