Supply Chain Consultant

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Process Optimization:
- Analyze and improve supply chain business processes related to planning (demand, supply, replenishment), logistics, warehousing, roles & responsibilities, and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the Strategy Consulting team and internal clients to identify improvement opportunities.
- Client Engagement and Communication:
- Partner with Strategy Consultants on client engagements related to Supply Chain operations.
- Work with internal clients (Business Unit, Digital Team, TMO) to understand their needs and ensure successful program delivery.
- Educate stakeholders on proposed solutions and designs.
- Value Creation and Analysis:
- Develop and present compelling value and business cases, including quantitative and qualitative benefits, value realization tracking, and justification of ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback period.
- Change Management Support:
- Collaborate with the change management team to develop change impact assessments, change strategies, and communication plans.
- Support the implementation of change management activities for the adoption of new operating models.
- Project Management and Delivery:
- Participate in program stakeholder reviews and contribute to successful project delivery by ensuring all business and design requirements are met.
- Support sprint planning, execution, and progress reporting (if applicable).
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
- Proven track record of success in analyzing and improving supply chain processes.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business process improvement methodologies (Design Thinking, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze complex logistics challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with supply chain planning tools or supply chain analytics.
- Preferred: Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Plus: Experience working on Change Management, Training, or Value Realization teams.
