WHAT WILL YOU DO

Junior Office Coordinator will independently manage workplace services within assigned responsibilities, handling both routine and non-routine tasks per office guidelines or under supervision. Junior Office Coordinator will make decisions impacting own and others' work while maintaining strong client relationships through efficient service and timely follow-up.
They will also provide advanced support for Accenture customers across multiple levels, managing reservations for various Accenture Bratislava CIS spaces (Liquid Studio, Living Room, WorkCafe, Terrace) and other premises. They will ensure seamless operations through effective reservation management to maximize occupancy.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential for liaising with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Independently coordinate internal or external visits within Accenture premises.

  • Manage and complete a full range of Workplace services (corporate card program, corporate housing, stamps, business cards, company archive, etc.).

  • Maintain and oversee the Places reservation system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Coordinate operational tasks in the reception area, collaborate closely with the reception team, schedule shifts, and serve as a backup when needed.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for external providers, managing contract relationships.

  • Handle and follow up on customer requests until completion, ensuring efficient service.

  • Receive, review, and process invoices related to assigned responsibilities.

  • Resolve most billing issues with vendors, escalating as necessary.

  • Provide monthly reports using appropriate tools and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

  • Assist in program or project-related activities as needed.

  • Perform administrative duties in accordance with location guidelines.

  • Consult with supervisors on issues, discrepancies, or complex situations.

  • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and operate technical equipment.

  • Maintain flexibility to work outside standard hours (8:30-17:30), based on center and customer needs.

  • University Degree.

  • 2 years of experience in Office Services.

  • Fluent Slovak and English language skills.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Previous experience in using a computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills
