Elaine Beeman is the Chief Leadership Officer and the Civilian Portfolio Lead for Accenture Federal Services.
As Chief Leadership Officer, Beeman collaborates closely with leaders across the business to ensure an outstanding experience for all employees, with a focus on engagement, community building, I&D initiatives, and developing strong career advancement and leadership development opportunities.
Beeman also leads the company’s Civilian Portfolio, supporting Federal Civilian agencies and quasi-governmental enterprises to achieve their strategic, operational and technology goals for mission critical operations. Her diverse portfolio of clients includes the Department of Education, Commerce, USPS, Amtrak, GSA, OPM, HHS/CMS, SSA, Treasury, IRS, SEC, FDIC, Interior, USDA, United Nations, IDB and Federal Not-for-Profits. As the portfolio lead, she oversees development and implementation of new business solutions that enable clients to collaborate across federal, state, local and commercial markets to better serve American citizens.
Beeman joined Accenture in 1993, initially focusing on transformational change, organization design and process optimization for clients across the health, communications and media industries. She spent two years overseas with Accenture in Australia leading the Business Transformation team for Telstra's overall transformation program. Prior to that, she led customer service and marketing programs at AOL. She joined Accenture's Federal business in 2009, initially leading the CRM practice for the Health and Public Service business. In 2010, she became the lead of Accenture Federal Service's Management Consulting Business. In 2015, she assumed leadership of the Civilian portfolio.
Beeman earned a Bachelor and Master of Arts from the University of Delaware. She is based in Washington, D.C. and is married with three daughters.
