Procurement Practice Specialist with German (all genders)

Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO
This role is crucial in ensuring that our internal functions in the ASG region (Austria, Switzerland, Germany) have access to the best available services in areas of HR, finance, legal and marketing and to suppliers who can accommodate Accenture’s needs such as: payroll, training, HR benefits, creative agencies or audits.
Your main responsibilities:
Support Regional HR, Finance, Legal and Marketing Category Strategies by collaborating with suppliers to increase Accenture's business value.
Negotiate and deploy Accenture contracts to agencies and suppliers, including best practices, metrics, and SLAs, in collaboration with the Business and the Legal department.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide guidance on sourcing, project and contract management.
Support the rollout of global/regional sourcing initiatives within ASG (including Local Country Addendum implementation).
Perform supplier selection and negotiate commercial proposals with suppliers.
Support the development of global end-to-end procurement processes, templates, and tools when applicable.
Review KPIs related to categories (Preferred Supplier List usage, Contract compliance, savings targets) and take appropriate actions.
Analyze data to provide new insights internally and towards data.

Qualifications
WHAT WE EXPECT

Ideally, you also bring the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, procurement, or comparable professional education.
3-5 years of experience in Procurement (ideally in HR/Marketing Industry).
Fluent in English and German (minimum B2).
Proven experience in sourcing and contract negotiation.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple projects.
Tech affinity to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
Nice to have: Knowledge of ASG (Austria, Switzerland, Germany) market and suppliers in HR & Corporate Services category.
