Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and subject matter experts always representing the Learning Team following the advice and guidance of more senior roles.
- Keeps up to date the curriculum that meets business requirements and is aligned with training financial guidelines assuring it covers cutting edge contents to the area.
- Knowing the existing learning assets, identifies capability development needs not met by current assets and creates viable plans that effectively addresses the changing business needs. “Curate first, develop after” mindset.
- Proposes whether new assets should be built in-house or procured from external vendor.
- Provide input into and implement Capability Development strategy according to the business/market demands, priorities and Accenture strategy for the respective entity.
- For vendor assets, assists with vendor relationship management and managing vendor performance. Assists in efforts to select and contract with external vendors when required (leverage Accenture Learning and Procurement where appropriate).
- Offers support to more senior roles in the Learning & Leadership Development department to Keep up to date the knowledge about vendors ecosystem in local market, takes care of maintaining and grow the networking with those identified as the best ones.
- Tracks and analyzes training expenses against pre-defined budget and ensures good ROI results actions and alignment in the annual planification. Raises up when there are misalignments.
- Offers support to more senior roles in the Learning & Leadership Development department to Provide service delivery support for training calendar delivery for the required entity and ensures adequate participation in the calendar events (leverage Accenture learning where appropriate)
- Keeps the documentation of processes up to date and curated.
Qualifications
Requirement:
- A degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to build strong relationships with sponsors and experts, representing the Learning Team effectively.
- Experience in representing a team and following guidance from senior roles.
- Experience in updating curricula to meet business needs and financial guidelines, ensuring cutting-edge content.
- Strong understanding of existing learning assets and ability to identify unmet capability development needs.
- Experience in creating viable plans to address changing business needs with a "curate first, develop after" mindset.
- Ability to propose whether new learning assets should be developed in-house or procured externally.
- Experience in providing input into and implementing Capability Development strategies aligned with business and market demands.
- Ability to track and analyze training expenses against a pre-defined budget.
