You will contribute as a strategic partner, helping shape new business models, collaborate with clients in unconventional ways, rediscover their purpose, and commit to constant innovation.

Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help them achieve their goals.
Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.
Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys, to analyse the client's business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.
Evaluate relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and implement the plans as defined.
Conduct business readiness assessment and follow best practices to drive project implementation.
Skills include:
Provides solutions to complex business problems for areas(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
The Work
Help define the value of a transformation, and how to measure and track success
Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy
Manage across transformation management domains for a workstream (e.g., scope, cost, schedule, etc.)
Manage the definition of the practices, processes, toolsets, and operations for one or more transformation domains
Build strong relationships with clients that extend beyond individual projects, including beginning to develop C-suite relationships while serving as a true trusted advisor
Balance understanding client needs and desires with presenting an informed and convincing perspective in the interests of the client’s business
Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts, building a following with similar expertise
Identify and advance ideas for new business opportunities
Identify creative and hard-to-find data sources and refine hypothesis through interviews
Develop focused expertise across multiple targeted Transformation Excellence focus areas while maintaining breadth of knowledge basis
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
With at least at 10+ years relevant experience in management consulting and industry banking with broad experience in ore banking strategy, core banking transformations, core banking review and assessment, and/or business development
Relevant background in the space of commercial banking, corporate banking, trade finance, core banking, credit, payments, or digital banking operations experience and expertise, along with corresponding banking systems.
Experience leading a team and managing resources
A Bachelor's degree and equivalent

You’ve got experience in sales and delivering banking projects on time
