The Work

Manage client facing & complex cloud resale management activities which are mini-projects for on/off-boarding customers for APAC including; 

  • Support sales teams for client/partner discussions as req.
  • Support country/programs enablement (e.g. OCA,  Marketplace)
  • Upon sale – manage the end-to-end quote and cash process for Cloud Resale transactions including the provisioning of Cloud Account Tenancies, account team financial structures (WBS’s) transition to the billing team and support teams, Administration of the internal Cloud Provider Accounts
  • Also assist in establishing new Cloud Resale Constructs such as Cloud Provider Marketplace Resale
  • Will have access to and coordinate the shared resources in the India-based Enablement Team to assist with ‘Operations’ tasks
  • Fundamental understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies – AWS and/or Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience in Sales Operations including Quote-to-cash processes
  • Medium-Large Team Management experience

    Qualifications

    Requirements/ Qualifications:

    • Minimum a bachelor's degree and ideally comes with Sales Operations experience in Cloud related technologies
    • Advanced written and verbal communications skills to accommodate a wide variety of stakeholders – Cloud Technologist’s, Vendors (cloud and otherwise), customers, executives, multi-cultural.
    • Experience with managing Cloud Provider billing
    • Experience in driving 3rd party vendor resale agreements
    • Experience in reselling AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP Hands-on experience in the provisioning cloud tenancies in AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP
    • Experience in AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP Marketplace transactions
    • Entrepreneurial spirit to expand and evolve this ever-changing cloud resale ecosystem
    • Excellent spoken and written English skills (Critical) with Japanese/Thai language skills (optional)
