Job Description
Within our Workday Business Group your focus will be on the cutting edge of business processes and applications. You will advise our clients and play an important role in the implementation of Workday’s Integration solution. You will gain experience and develop your capabilities working together in teams, receive on-the-job coaching at leading clients as we work with them to transform their systems to the next level. As a Workday Adaptive Lead (Managerial Level), you will be responsible for:
Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Workday Workforce Planning is required.
Expert proficiency in Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Workday Adaptive Planning are recommended.
Develop innovative strategies to optimize business processes and systems Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer requirements
Design and implement solutions to improve business efficiency
Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends and best practices
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 10 years of Workday experience
Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Organisation Planning in a complex organisation.
Design, Maintenance and Reconciliation of complex models, relating to Finance, People, and/or Operations.
Use of modern planning tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, SAP SAC, Hyperion and TM1, as both user and developer
Workday Adaptive Certification and/or experience with Workday and/or experience with other leading ERP systems
Experience working with clients to define requirements and drivers for key business models
Ability to explain complex Finance, People and Operations concepts to non-technical users
Ability to work in an iterative development environment while adhering to project constraints
