Wee Wei Ng currently serves as the Market Unit Lead for Southeast Asia at Accenture, overseeing the company's business across the region. Prior to this role, she led the Health and Public Service Client Service Group in Southeast Asia for six years and assumed the position of Country Managing Director of Accenture Singapore during the pandemic. Her journey at Accenture began in 1995, during which she has collaborated with a diverse range of businesses and governments, focusing on guiding clients through large-scale transformations to enhance their service delivery to customers and citizens.
During her tenure as Country Managing Director of Accenture Singapore, Wee Wei launched the Singapore Innovation Hub – Future of Cities. This initiative aimed to bring together organizations from various industries to develop smart urban solutions. She also spearheaded efforts to nurture the future workforce, including the establishment of the Talent Advancement Program to attract new generation talents. Additionally, she introduced new benefits and ways of working to foster an inclusive work culture in today’s omni-connected environment.
Wee Wei is actively involved in various board positions. She sits on the board of the Accenture Foundation, which financially supports initiatives that promote social, charitable, cultural, or scientific impact. Outside of Accenture, she serves on the board of the Institute of Systems Science (ISS) at the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council. Her leadership has been pivotal in driving growth and innovation at Accenture while positively impacting the broader community.
