How do you know this could be the role for you?
As the Bid Manager, you will play a key role in managing the bid process for strategic deals. You will work closely with internal teams across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and solution architects to ensure bids meet client needs, are aligned with the win strategy, and are submitted on time. Your responsibilities will also include managing the bid team, handling risk and issue management, and driving the approval process. You will act as a key point of contact throughout the lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication, coordinated effort, and alignment across all stakeholders. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring that bids are compelling, competitive, and cost-effective, resulting in successful outcomes for our clients.
The job title for this position is Bid Management Senior Analyst, which is the level below a consultant-level role within Accenture Nordics, giving you a good opportunity to grow and develop your skills together with us.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Worked at least 2 years in bid management or similar role, with a solid track record of handling bids in complex sectors.
- Keen interest in working more closely with sales teams. This can help offset the need for extensive bid management experience.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and coordinate efforts to meet agreed timelines.
- A good understanding of sales processes, deal shaping, competitive positioning, and financial modeling.
- Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with application outsourcing, system integration, or cloud technologies is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate personal needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
The Bid Manager will report directly to the Bid Management Lead and will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
