Right now, our Financial Services team is searching for a Manager within our Insurance practice. You will work with clients and projects on Insurance and/or pension related topics. This will be someone who continuously strives to grow their content and leadership skills and is comfortable dealing with challenges in a structured and innovative way.

Description of the Role and practice

In this role, you will work together with leading insurance companies and banks in the Nordics to shape their digital strategy and business transformation and help them on their journey to become more sustainable and stay relevant for their customers. You will work with a variety of project opportunities such as Digital Transformation and Innovation, Sustainability, and Operational Efficiency.
Responsibilities
Define, develop and implement solutions to help our clients solve their most critical problems based on analysis and understanding of client objectives
Analyze and conceptualize business models, processes, and digital solutions
Lead work efforts and teams as part of smaller and larger engagements, and be responsible for managing the delivery
Mentor, coach junior colleagues on the team and contribute to performance achievement and recruitment activities
Engage with the broader Accenture Financial Services community, as well as other Accenture organization groups, to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the business and bring the best of Accenture to our clients

Qualifications
Job Requirements
You have 5-8 years of experience, with a proven track record of various project deliveries in Financial Services that equip you to succeed and grow as a Manager at Accenture. Previous consulting experience is viewed favorably upon but is not a requirement.
We would like to see that you have:
Masters’s degree and exceptional academic record
Passion and drive to work in Financial Services, Insurance and Pension
Project management experience from Business or IT related change projects
Broad experience from products, services or technical solutions related to Insurance (e.g., optimization, value analysis, customer & sales, intelligent operations)
Experience from core processes such as product development, distribution, underwriting, claims etc.
Worked with digital solutions such as web apps or other intelligent solutions within the Financial Services industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
As a person, you strive in a truly diverse and international environment where collaboration is essential. You have strong communication skills and are a dynamic presenter with the ability to convey technology and business value propositions. In addition, you have a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment where perseverance, a can-do attitude and curiosity are key characteristics. It is expected that you are based in Stockholm.
