Are you passionate about reimagining and redesigning customer centric strategies to deliver new value and growth?
The Song Service Group in Sweden is actively seeking Customer Strategy Consulting profiles to drive initiatives that will help our clients provide topline growth, centered around creating superior customer experience, and optimized frontend operations. As a member of the customer strategy team, you will assume a central role in navigating the cutting-edge advancements and transformations within Growth Strategy, Customer Experience, B2B Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, creating fit-for-purpose operating models and leveraging Generative AI.
This role is relevant for you if you endeavor to:
Be the trusted partner to our client.
Contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work.
Create value and identify new opportunities for our clients in regard to customer experience, customer service, field service, growth strategies, B2B sales, operating models and Gen AI.
Drive and perform analysis and undertake project management activities.
Manage projects, facilitate workshops, present analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
2 – 8 years of relevant professional experience within consulting and/or experience in strategy, customer experience, sales, customer service and / or field service.
A commercial orientation with the ability to create value and identify new opportunities for our clients.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Good leadership skills and the ability to lead projects and people.
The ability to build and maintain a business network across key client accounts
The capability to handle high-paced projects with ownership and execution requirements.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field with good results.
A methodical, analytical, and systematic approach.
Fluency in English (fluency in Swedish meritorious).
