Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of cybersecurity engineering functions, ensuring protection across network security, endpoint security, IAM, and vulnerability management.

Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, technical oversight, and mentorship.

Design and implement effective security measures to protect sensitive data and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Drive cyber transformation initiatives aimed at improving the security posture of the organization.

Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead incident response efforts and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into operational processes and new technology deployments.

Present progress reports and operational status to clients, ensuring alignment with security objectives and business goals.

Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical services and infrastructure.

Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements.

Lead or participate in audits, security reviews, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, and transformation.
Proven expertise in managing and securing systems within the domains of network security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and IAM.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring cybersecurity teams.
In-depth understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, SAMA, NCA, etc.).
Hands-on experience with security tools and platforms such as firewalls, Proxy, Email Gateways, EDR solutions, SIEM, IAM platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
Ability to work with clients to present security operations reports, resolve security concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with incident management and response.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Certifications:
CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
