How you will make an impact
The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for:
- Acting as the technical leader responsible for the Yocto-based Linux platform architecture, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability across embedded products.
- Leading, owning, and evolving the embedded Linux platform architecture.
- Driving BSP integration, kernel strategy, and bootloader design.
- Optimizing system performance, boot time, footprint, and overall reliability.
- Serving as the technical interface to silicon vendors and external partners.
What you need to succeed:
Must Have:
- 4+ years of Embedded Linux experience
- Extensive embedded Linux experience, includig Yocto
- Linux kernel, U‑Boot, Device Tree
- C/C++, shell scripting, system performance optimization
Platform debugging, root cause analysis, and technical leadership
Nice to Have:
- Multi‑product or multi‑SoC platform ownership
- Security hardening and update strategies
- Contributions to open‑source or Yocto/AOSP projects
- Experience in automotive, industrial, or safety‑critical systems
