Job Description
Optimize project success at Accenture by balancing resources with business and individual growth goals. As an Accenture Scheduler, you will cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners and be accountable for internal customer satisfaction. You will supervise and support junior Schedulers by providing guidance on best practices, ensuring they understand and maintain optimized staffing processes. The role is supervisory but retains some operational responsibility, meaning that a Senior Scheduler Team Leader should balance completing tasks with making sure the team does the same.
Manage resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise. You will work with various parties within Accenture to accomplish this, including Consultants, Sales, Practice Leads, HR Partners, Schedulers from other regions, your Region Scheduling Lead, and third-party partners.

What you'll do:
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
- Supervise assigned Schedulers' daily performance by company policies and procedures
- Motivate teammates to achieve their goals
- Resolve escalated staffing client concerns
- Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations
- Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
- Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
- Contribute to the enhancement of scheduling systems and processes
- Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
- Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
- Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fulfill open project demands

Qualifications
Skills and experiences:
- Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability in guiding, monitoring, and leading an entire group
- Proven ability to motivate others to perform
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
- Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Ability to prioritize a large list of items to meet the management team's and company's deadlines and goals
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Independent, decisive, and works well under pressure
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting a strong level of professionalism
- Experience in Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting, or HR
