By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid setup (2-3 days per week at the office) at our Iasi location.
How you’ll make an impact:
Support a global biopharmaceutical Client by overseeing their purchasing processes and ensuring adherence to regulations and policies;
Interface directly with pharma employees and vendors, including medical research scientists across Europe, via phone, email, or live chat;
Provide trusted advice to Client employees on any part of the end-to-end source-to-pay process;
Participate in daily meetings to stay aligned with procedures and policies;
Investigate and resolve complex issues across contract-to-pay processes and systems, including supplier enablement, contracting, requisitioning, invoicing, and payments;
Anticipate and manage conflicts effectively.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
- Advanced level of Italian (B2-C1) and intermediate level of English (B2);
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or similar role is an advantage;
- Ability to work proactively and independently, with a quick and analytical mindset;
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and critical thinking;
- Bachelor's degree is required.
