How you'll make an impact:
Employee Focus Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted single point of contact for employees;
Provide employee guidance as part of employee s career experience, to foster appropriate expectations and help bridge cultural gaps;
Provide employee support during the entire process of connecting people to projects, helping people to identify best internal roles, based on their interest and aspirations;
Initiate and drive, one on one career discussions with employees;
Provide a highly inclusive, truly human, Career Experience;
Accountable to address issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement performance counselling;
Help employees navigate the organization and provide advice about broader performance and career goals;
Assist the HRP Lead and Business on specific reports and special projects locally or globally driven.
Process and Business Support Responsibilities:
Act as HR Coaches during the Performance cycle following the global process;
Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices;
Work with business leaders to identify and propose the right talent for development programs;
Identify the business needs for special projects driven by the group s particularities and needs engagement, attrition, change management etc.
Intermediate proficiency in Employee Relations;
Beginner proficiency in Staffing;
Intermediate proficiency in Inclusion and Diversity.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR functions ;
- Advanced level of Italian (B2-C1) and intermediate level of English (B2);
- Bachelor's degree is required.;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
- Proven expertise in end-to-end talent management processes.
