By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. Depending on the project, you may work remotely or in a hybrid setup from our Bucharest office (West Gate, Militari, near Preciziei metro station).
How you’ll make an impact:
- Solves situations related to policies and holders queries with the help of specific finance procedures;
- Ensures the accuracy of the documents processed according to the norms/ objectives set by the direct manager;
- Update processes and procedures reflecting the acknowledged changes;
- Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management / satisfaction;
- Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results;
- Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur;
- Perform revenue recognition checks as per client policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
- Good communication, written and oral, proficient in Italian and English ( B2/C1);
- Experience in Finance (Collections, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) or Customer Support. ;
- Intermediate Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables;
- Good Client handling skills;Â
- Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;Â Â
- Proactive, positive attitude and approach;Â
- Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;
- Bachelor's degree is required.
