Job Description
The Workplace Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Market Lead - Europe is responsible for overseeing and directing all Workplace PMI activities for V&A projects originating (i.e., with acquisition company headquarters) in Europe.
The role involves seamless partnering with Corporate Development deal leads; Market/Market Unit (MU) PMI workstream leads; EMEA MU Real Estate Portfolio Leads, Workplace V&A PMI MU Leads, and their teams to ensure all aspects of Acquistion real estate strategy, including alignment of relevant acquired corporate functions roles, are consistently and accurately delivered.
Expected results equate to the successful transition of Acquisitions’ Workplace Operations into Accenture ensuring alignment of best practice and consistency across all Market Units to ensure efficiencies and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Function as Workplace PMI Workstream Lead for complex, multi-country deals originating in Europe
- Lead and manage Market/MU Workplace V&A Integration Team, Europe, including assignment of Workplace PMI leadership role for less-complex deals to MU WP PMI Leads
- Main point of contact for Workplace PMI, Europe, for RE Portfolio Leads, Corp S&S V&A Lead, and CDTS Deal Execution Leads
- Direct local European Workplace resources on V&A integration PMI activities
- Consult with Real Estate Portfolio Management counterparts on all relevant property decisions.
- Establish and ensure delivery of Workplace PMI standards in Europe, ensuring consistency with other Market Units
- Coordination of European component for global acquisitions originating in other geographies
- Coordinate and leverage assigned resources in designated locations to maximize efficiency
- Maintain alignment with cross-functional aspects of PMI
- Define/manage initiatives to deliver on continuous improvement opportunities in V&A PMI planning & execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar, ideally with focus on business and financial acumen
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Workplace local delivery, occupier services, and property management
