Accenture ServiceNow Global Practice is responsible to build, sell and deliver solutions that are based on ServiceNow products (IT, Security, HR, Customer Service and Intelligent Applications). Our portfolio encompasses the selling of the ServiceNow products, the implementation of the solution and its long-term maintenance/management (Application Management Services).
Accenture is looking for experienced BMC Helix/Remedy Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working with a diverse group of professionals to develop, integrate, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a deep understanding of the BMC Remedy and BMC Helix platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement BMC Helix/Remedy applications and solutions tailored to client specifications and business requirements.
• Integration: Integrate BMC Helix/Remedy with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations and data flow. • Customization: Customize BMC Helix/Remedy modules, workflows, and user interfaces to enhance usability and meet specific business needs.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix/Remedy applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides. • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications
Required:
3–5 years in BMC Helix/Remedy development (design, customization, integration).
Proficiency in AR System, Atrium CMDB, ITSM Suite, and Smart IT.
Strong Java, JavaScript, and SQL programming skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Working English proficiency.
Preferred:
Experience with cloud ITSM solutions and SaaS platforms.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Cherwell.
BMC Certified Professional (BCP), Certified Expert (BCE), or Remedy Administrator certification.
