Contract Management Officer with German

By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid setup—either from our office in Bucharest/Brasov or fully remotely if you're based in another city in Romania.
How you will make an impact:
Receive the requests for creating a business proposal for a certain product;
Collaborate with the local sales team;
Estimate the budget and the resources involved for the proposal;
Prepare the offer for the client;
Prepare and adapt the documents and budgetary estimates, based on customer’s requirements;
Provide support to the sellers through a proactive, efficient and customer friendly manner;
Participate in calls with the sellers and assist them with Offering Discussions, Sales Motions and the latest technology updates;
Identify issues that are systemic and report on key trends;
Promote teamwork and collaboration through a positive attitude and effective communication.
Qualifications
Skills that make your work successful:
You have at least B2 German & English language skills;
You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
You are not experienced in the job field, but you want to develop your skills together with our professionals;
You are a team player with good communication skills;
You are self-motivated, with a positive attitude and approach;
You are able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
