By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a hybrid way, in Iasi. 

 

How you’ll make an impact:  

Contract admin:

  • Taking care of both assistance and initiation of the contract creation process, making sure that things run smoothly, without impediments and that the process takes place in a fast time;

  • Working with tools such as Service Now, Icertis, Ariba, Microsoft Office;

  • Working closely with the legal department that creates the contracts and is located in another center;

  • Offering technical assistance to this team and internal users and open tickets for various problems they face;

  • Identifying problems that could prevent the process from going smoothly, be proactive, empathize;

  • Providing trusted advice to the Client’s employees on any part of the end-to-end source to pay process;

  • Investigating and resolving complex issues across the contract to pay processes systems, with focus on contract admin and assistance;

  • Validating the contract compliance;

  • Managing the end-to-end contracting process on behalf of our clients.

Service request call:

  • Take care of supplier registration/update in Ariba, making sure that things run smoothly and that the process is fast and efficient;

  • Ensure Foxtrot test is passed every 6 months;

  • Pay attention to sensitive information and ensure security standard are not breached;

  • Work with tools such as Service Now, Ariba, Microsoft Office, AWS phone solution;

  • Ensure independent supplier verification for supplier changes;

  • Perform outbound calls towards suppliers, handle phone calls;

  • Identify problems that could prevent the process from going smoothly, be proactive, empathize.

Qualifications

Skills that make your work successful:  

  • You have at least B2 Italian & English language skills;  

  • Good communication abilities with suppliers, customer service oriented and analytical skills;

  • Very good time management and prioritization;

  • Display attention to detail, time management skills, with ability to work with high volumes.
