Network and Security Operation Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Network & Security Operation Analyst to strengthen our team.

Responsabilities:

• Identify, analyze, and resolve network infrastructure issues to ensure full functionality

• Support the implementation of security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and other security threats

• Help maintain and update network configurations

• Contribute to network documentation, including diagrams and procedures

• Apply firmware and software updates on network devices to prevent security vulnerabilities

• Collaborate with other teams for joint troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in networking, computer science, or a related field, or a technical course in these areas with relevant experience

• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, STP

• Basic knowledge of security device administration (firewalls, VPNs, load balancers)

• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)

• Fluency in Portuguese and English

• Proactive mindset, responsibility, and eagerness to learn

• Availability for on-call service to address network emergencies outside regular working hours, including weekends, if necessary

Desired Skills:

• Experience or certifications with vendors such as Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HP, Cisco, F5

• Basic knowledge of networking and security in data centers or cloud environments

• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
