Investment Support Analyst
Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.
THE WORK:
Running cash and positions controls in the FO system and reconciliation vs custody oversight
Acting as a point of contact for any middle and back-office inquiries raised by Fund Managers, fund accountants and external third parties
Performing NAV validation on specific portfolios for the NAV prices produced by fund accountants
Operating controls defined by Risk and Compliance for Portfolio Control activity to ensure compliance with the risk framework
Assisting Fund Managers on Investment Support tasks such as cash management, asset servicing responsibility, instrument valuation for clients and other
Participating in and assisting with the creation of and changes to portfolios, new types of instruments and new operational procedures
Helping with the development and testing of system changes
Participating in ad-hoc operational projects and department governance activities
The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office in Warsaw or Gdansk (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Education &Experience

Degree in Business/Finance or relevant experience in Asset Management Operations
-
At least 3-5 years of experience in Middle office/Front Office Support roles
-
Good Excel skills, advanced skills (VBA & macro) would be a plus
-
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Knowledge & Skills

Good understanding of the Asset Management industry

In-depth knowledge of financial instruments including OTC derivatives

Comprehensive understanding of Investment Management Operations as well as Fund Administration and Accounting
Competencies

Employment contract, with the role offered as a temporary position until December 2027 aligned with the project duration. The cooperation begins with a 4-month employment contract, followed by an extension until December 2027 upon successful completion of the initial period.
