THE WORK

  • We are looking for a diligent, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as a Procure to Pay (PTP) Processor.

  • Enter data from documents received into company systems.

  • Reconcile documents received with data maintained in IT systems.

  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.

  • Run and distribute reports extracted from company systems.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify and resolve data differences.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Portuguese language skills at minimum B2 level (mainly email communication).

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week during afternoon shifts.

  • Student status preferred.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

  • Organizational and communication skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
     

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience in reporting, reconciliation, or administrative processes.

  • Prior experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
