THE WORK
We are looking for a diligent, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as a Procure to Pay (PTP) Processor.
Enter data from documents received into company systems.
Reconcile documents received with data maintained in IT systems.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Run and distribute reports extracted from company systems.
Communicate with stakeholders to clarify and resolve data differences.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Portuguese language skills at minimum B2 level (mainly email communication).
Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week during afternoon shifts.
Student status preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Organizational and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Experience in reporting, reconciliation, or administrative processes.
Prior experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
