THE WORK
We are looking for a diligent, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as a Procure to Pay (PTP) Operation Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for solving routine problems through established guidelines and working closely with your team and supervisor to ensure timely and accurate task delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Recording and managing vendor requests and inquiries in our workflow system - Service Now, as agreed upon between the parties
Communicating with vendors via phone and email to discuss issues.
Routing vendor inquiries to the relevant teams for review, action, and resolution, following the point of contact matrix
Resolving vendor requests and inquiries independently, without the need for client referral, whenever possible
Ensuring that all details of vendor requests and inquiries are accurately logged and tracked in the workflow system
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of vendor issues

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Very good English and French skills (minimum B2 level)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to work analytically, focus on details and high accuracy
Strong organizational, and time-management skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work in a hybrid mode (50/50) with the office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Knowledge of the Procure to Pay (PTP) process, specifically invoice processing
A degree in finance or a related field
A knowledge of SAP and Service Now would be an advantage
