THE WORK

Processing and coding invoices & travel expenses in accordance with the Client's procedures.
Monitoring invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed upon a timely basis.
Close cooperation with client stakeholders from Portugal and from other European teams.
Providing regular reporting related to the above processes.
Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Knowledge of English & Portuguese language (min. B2 level in both is required).
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
High accuracy and focus on details.
Preference to work analytically.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
