HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• A minimum of 2 years' of past experience in business transformation projects (i.e.: new systems implementation), including activities like for example: project management, transformation roadmaps development, trainings, communication or change management

• Interest in management consulting work related to IT driven Transformation like:

• Roles & authorizations,
• Project management,
• Business case development,
• Systems change impacts discovery,
• Communication/ training/ people management.

• Great knowledge of English on a consulting level

• Good communication skills and very good team player.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

• Interest or experience in Energy/ Resources industry.

• Hands on experience with ERP systems, like SAP.

• Fluency in other languages than English (e.g. German, French).
